Movement School of Dance

Christ-Centered Dance Therapy

Women participating in our recovery programs are also provided with the opportunity to experience healing through Christ-centered dance therapy. Our Movement School of Dance is a creative platform for praising and worshipping our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Movements are based on different stylistic dance forms (e.g. ballet, jazz, etc.) and inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Colonie Hughes, 7 Springs Ministries Executive Women’s Program Director, oversees this dance company and is the lead instructor and choreographer. Her vision is to glorify Christ through expressive dance and to help restore a sense of beauty and value in women who struggle with self-worth.
